My Background

I hold a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University, where I cultivated my linguistic skills and enhanced my abilities in bridging language gaps. 

Upon completing my studies, I dived into the dynamic realm of translation, where I undertook the challenging task of translating various games into Turkish. The complexity of this work not only sharpened my language proficiency but also introduced me to the nuances of adapting content for different cultural contexts. Subsequently, I extended my expertise to the world of entertainment, contributing to the subtitling of English series and films for a Turkish audience.

In 2022, I transitioned to a role as a customer contact specialist at Turkish Airlines. This experience allowed me to explore a different facet of communication and customer service. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, I enhanced my interpersonal skills and developed a proactive approach to customer engagement. After four months as customer contact specialist, I was assigned in the proactive customer contact department. After seven months, I made the decision to return to my roots in freelance translating in 2023.

As a sworn translator accredited by the government, I bring a heightened level of authority and authenticity to my work. This accreditation underscores my commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the field of translation. My language proficiency extends to English and Turkish, enabling me to navigate between these languages with fluency and precision.

My multifaceted background reflects a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring that I remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving landscape of language services.
